MARCI and TED's Badass Wedding Registry
ALL WE WANT FOR OUR WEDDING IS TO HELP RESCUE MORE DOGS
OUR BADASS STORY
In 2017, we began fostering dogs with Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue and it changed our lives for the better in a big way! We have so much respect and admiration for the great work Badass does to save countless dogs from high kill shelters in the South. We truly cherished our time working with Badass and all the amazing dogs (and people) that we met along the way.
We would be honored if, in lieu of a traditional wedding gift, you would consider donating to Badass Brooklyn.
Your donation will literally help to save a dog’s life, and put them on the path to happiness in their forever home.
Thank you guys in advance for your generosity in helping these Badass dogs!

HOW BADASS RESCUES
The number of loving, adoptable dogs in need of rescue in the South is staggering. With no spay/neuter laws on the books, shelters overflowing, and very few local adoptions, many dogs are left with euthanasia as their only option. Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue steps in and gives these pups a second chance. For our wedding, we hope you will consider giving a gift to Badass. Every gift you make will help the team at Badass save dogs from overpopulated shelters in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Your donation will help the Badass team pull pooches from the shelter, provide medical care to the ones in need, and transport them all the way up to Brooklyn where they'll be placed with loving foster parents (like us!) while they await their forever homes.
Make sure to add a personal message to Marci and Ted in the Notes section at checkout.
All funds go straight to Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Your gift is 100% tax-deductible.
Please note that no goods or services are being purchased.

ABOUT BADASS BROOKLYN ANIMAL RESCUE
Since 2011, Badass has rescued over 2,000 dogs from high-kill shelters in the mostly rural South. BBAR focuses on loving, adoptable dogs and pays extra attention to those no one else wants – older dogs and those who are injured or sick, and would otherwise surely be euthanized. High-kill shelters in the South are an epidemic and Badass does what they can, powered by a volunteer staff of 75 and funded by hundreds of Badass humans like you.
